THINGS TO KNOW

  • Walk-ins are welcome! Appointments are recommended. 

  • Confused about what to book or how to book it? Call us! Our staff would gladly help you schedule things correctly or with a specific technician.  

  • Feel free to let us know exactly what you want (shapes, colors, designs…) or if you have any sensitivities or issues before starting a service. Our team is adaptable and wants to make your experience the best!  

  • We host special events and private parties such as birthday, bridal parties...Please call us at 612-314-3821 for more information. 

 

Booking POLICY

  • We have a cancellation policy. All individual cancellations or rescheduling require at least a 24 hour notice or they will be subject to a $25 fee per person .

  • We require a credit/debit card put on file to make appointments for group of 4 or more people. 

  • No Shows and Late Cancellation Fees must be paid prior to scheduling any next appointments

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, particularly when a condition exists that requires medical treatment.

  • No pets allowed. 

  • We do not offer Refunds. If you are not satisfied with the service that you have received, please come back, we would gladly fix or redo them for you.
